Sometimes the status quo needs to be challenged because it simply isn’t working anymore. Leadership starts with being a leader in your own life.
I have come to know that anything is possible, and any obstacles can be overcome with purpose — to create something even better than expected or imagined. That is why I am committed to helping women be more successful, powerful, happy, and healthy.
Why I do what I do …
I have always been fascinated by what makes us who we “are” in the world. Early on I wanted to be a master of change from the inside out in order to become the person I wanted to be. I was a perfectionist, anxious yet otherwise emotionally shutdown. I was neither confident nor powerful. I knew that what I had experienced growing up had impacted me in many ways that made me who I was showing up to be, but I wasn’t willing to settle for that.
Most people want more. I wanted to BE more. And so my journey to seek improvement began.
For the first twenty years of my working life and relationships, my passion and potential suffered greatly. Growing up I was taught to not rock the boat — more like a robot than a human being. Even though it never felt good to approach work or relationships this way, it’s all that I knew and I lacked the knowledge and tools to change.
I have asked for, and faced, numerous opportunities and necessities for me to stretch outside of my comfort zone. These experiences have tested my abilities and limitations and expanded my desires and results. I am incredibly thankful for personal challenges and breakthroughs that have enriched my life immensely and made me a more powerful person. We are never really “done” — and that is truly a great thing!
I have also experienced major self-sacrifice, isolation, and burnout. When I decided to take a stand for myself and explore what was really driving my behaviors and feelings, I began to turn things around. I decided to master my internal world of beliefs and emotions. In so doing, I became much more present, passionate and powerful. I have completely transformed my work life into something that I truly enjoy. I am filled with purpose.
I am immensely grateful for all of the powerfully effective tools that I practice in my own life. I love sharing these tools with others, especially those who want to make a positive difference in the world. We need all of us — for the unique gifts and talents we offer — to bring about creative solutions. It all begins with loving and accepting ourselves so that we can make conscious, deliberate choices to create a new, more expanded reality — rather than living by default, letting our current “reality” define and limit ourselves, our relationships, careers and life purpose.

What I know for sure …
- Every challenge offers a great opportunity for growth and change. For many of us, the answer to nearly every challenge is to just work harder — “just do it” — rather than consider the value of, and need for, personal growth. We don’t realize that “doing our inner work” could significantly open up our options, lighten our load, and increase our effectiveness. Instead we keep doing the same thing, expecting a different result, and suffer needlessly because of it.
- Self-limiting beliefs are the drivers behind unnecessary stress and struggle. They zap our passion and hinder our potential. Fortunately, we can eliminate our self-limiting beliefs by re-wiring our brain, which can be like pressing a reset button. When we transform our beliefs, we stop “getting in our own way” and are more successful at achieving our desired outcomes.
- The basis of our life is freedom, and the purpose of our life is joy. When we are lacking freedom and joy in our lives — personally or professionally — both our passion and potential suffer greatly, along with our health.
I became a certified life coach to help people improve their performance by transforming emotions, beliefs and behaviors that block success. My strong suit is helping bring mental energy into balance with the emotional and physical aspects of being human. I skillfully guide clients to gently, quickly, and easily shift self-defeating patterns so they can achieve desired outcomes with greater ease and joy. By working together as a team, we discover and release the solutions which are already within them. As a result, their inherent energy, confidence, and resilience is restored.
My expertise is helping women leaders through challenges, transforming their stress and struggle into improved performance and effectiveness so that they can achieve their desired goals and vision. We identify and change limiting beliefs that create unnecessary stress.

I’m not just a coach and practitioner, I’m a client too.
I believe so strongly in the power of positive thinking and feeling good, it inspired me to become a performance coach and tapping practitioner. Like most people I’ve been in my share of emotional ruts and have experienced self-limiting beliefs. After searching in vain for many years, I discovered EFT and LOA. My new-found freedom has inspired me to bring these powerful techniques to help others with their unique challenges.
